Datcha Production specializes in managing the production and manufacturing of all types of garments, from jersey/fleece t-shirts to the most sophisticated knits. Our knitwear factories can source yarns or fabrics from Europe—Portugal, France, and Italy—as well as from Asia. We work with a wide variety of fabrics and fibers, such as cotton and wool.

Our partners specializing in washing and dyeing provide an extensive range of services, from basic dyeing and tie-dye to the most advanced stone wash techniques.

The fleet of knitting machines of our partners is very large. STOLL and SHIMA SEIKI electronic machines can operate from gauge 3 to gauge 16. We produce all types of stripes, jacquard, intarsia, and applied embroidery, with finishing techniques such as linking and fully fashioned knitting for sweaters, dresses, cardigans, vests, jackets, and coats.

Portugal has genuine and undeniable expertise in shirt manufacturing, for both men and women. We can work with locally sourced fabrics or those imported from Europe (Italy, France, Turkey, etc.), as well as from Japan and other parts of Asia. We produce all styles, from classic models to the most avant-garde designs by fashion designers. Embroidery, rhinestones, printing, garment dyeing, washing, tie-dye, as well as specific fading or treatment processes, are all perfectly mastered.
